Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Frasers Clothing, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return requirements and time limits.

  • You agree to follow the official return instructions provided by Frasers Clothing.

  • In the case of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy together with order documentation, delivery confirmation, and communication records may be used as formal evidence.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must not have been worn, used, or washed.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and original condition.

  • Only standard inspection handling is permitted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.

Frasers Clothing reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of damage, improper use, excessive wear, or handling beyond normal inspection.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return request:

  1. Email Info@frasersclothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

    • Your full name and delivery address

  3. Wait for written return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the item.

Important:

  • Do not return products without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been finalized.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Info@frasersclothing.com and providing:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

After assessment:

  • A replacement may be offered depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

  • In certain situations, we may not require the defective item to be returned.

Replacement processing typically takes 7–14 business days.

Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist in filing an investigation with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is officially declared lost.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an administrative and shipping fee of $35 CAD will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation & Withdrawal Rights

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may request to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your goods.

However, please note:

  • Orders are processed automatically.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait for delivery and then follow the return procedure.

To cancel an order before shipment, email Info@frasersclothing.com with a clear cancellation request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact Frasers Clothing first so we can resolve the matter efficiently.

If a chargeback or formal dispute is initiated, we may provide financial institutions with:

  • Order confirmation details

  • Shipment and tracking information

  • Customer communication records

  • Supporting documentation such as photos

Filing a chargeback without contacting us beforehand may delay the resolution process and may impact eligibility for future purchases.

Important Information

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • Frasers Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing times, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products that are returned used, worn, or in unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping and handling fees are not covered by Frasers Clothing.
